Build a Website

I need a signup form for a drawing: name, email and enter (submit). I would like for the enter button to be coded in such a way so they "Facebook Like" my page at the same time. All fields must be required. (js check is fine) I have a FB like button on the home page that is being used as a promotion for a drawing, HOWEVER, I have discovered that I cannot get the results of who "liked" my page in Facebook, so I need to collect their names and emails as well. IS THIS POSSIBLE? I've started the form here: [login to view URL] but need help getting simple captcha and simple php script to process the form, plus the facebook part.
