Hi, We are looking for someone who can develop a virtual lottery system. The working of the Lottery system and other requirements are mentioned below: The Lottery system that we are looking for is not like the other lottery system that you pick numbers and the wining number is drawn. We are looking for a lottery system that is most popular locally in many states in India. Most commonly know as paper lottery where you buy a ticket and it has the ticket number mention on it. On the draw day the wining ticket number is published with whatever network they prefer and rewards are credited to winner. The system we want is virtual system ( No real Money), the virtual money would be referred as Meri Lottery Rupees or ML$, whatever suits. It will be a kind of Digital Lottery where user will buy a ticket using ML$. The Ticket will include a digital ticket number that will be used to decide the winner. We want a spinning wheel to draw the result that has all ticket number that are sold for that particular draw. When a user buys a ticket he/she can see his ticket on the revolving wheel. We want to add our sponsor Logo to or back or around the wheel where its visible and attractive. The lottery ticket number will be generated dynamically have 5-6-7-8-9 digits.... as per the sale of the lottery ticket the number will increase from 5 digit to 6 and so on. Also the ticket will be customized with our sponsor Logo. We have a concept of daily reload, that is if the person Login in Daily he receive free MLR Daily. Also the reload concept has some extra segments. The user that visit our sponsor website and Sign up using our referral Link will receive more ML$ Daily than normal user. Also we have some sponsor that have deposit to be made on their website, so the person depositing on our sponsors website earn highest ML$ Daily for Login. We would also like to give ML$ for the user who engage themselves on our social [login to view URL] who have liked the Facebook page and follow us on all the social websites will also get more reload then the normal users. We will have leader board for daily users who have won the lottery. The daily leader board will show results for last 5 days and on admin panel we can see it for a year. There can be many draw depending on sponsors and we will different wheel for each draw. now how the Draw will be drawn. Each will have 4 pointers around will at 0,3,6,9 clock position. On the sale of tickets the winner will be decided. At most there could be not more than four winner from on draw. now lets take an example of draw, we set a threshold to decide how many winner for a particular draw. suppose we have total sale of tickets under 800ML$ then only one of the pointer will be active and only one winner from that wheel. If more than 800ML$ and less than 1600 ML$ two winner and so on for rest two. Users will have Inbox system wherein users can send us request regarding any problem and we can reply them through the admin panel. Special code system, we will have daily codes on social sites and in newsletter . users can redeem the code and get extra MLR. All the codes will have an expiry date and limit of redemption.
