Build a Website

This is an Urgent Project, however, I would like to discuss the project before we start just to make certain we are on track. I own a small web dev online marketing agency and just lost my lead developer. I can use some serious help in the future developing small (5 - 10 page) to medium (10 - 30 page) websites. I have an extensive background with HTML and CSS, some with WP, not so much with PHP; but not very good at design. Would like to establish a solid working relationship with reliable top quality developer. THIS PROJECT: Use WordPress to create a 2 page site that looks like another existing "model" site. Please view model site at [login to view URL] Must be able to use: Salient Salient WordPress Theme WPBakery Visual Composer Rev Slider Create a HOME PAGE: Incorporate the content so it overlaps the bottom of the Rev Slider. The Rev Slider is completed, but not yet installed. Narrow the content so it takes up @ 70% of the screen area; but leave the Rev Slider at full width. Semitransparent Header when user scrolls. Sticky Header/Menu Create a POST: That has a Rev Slider that is shortened in height (see below) could have the same look as the Home page; in other words, it would look more like a page, not a post. Remove all the author, sidebar, comments, etc. If changing the Rev Slider to adjust height for Post is too much work or would take too long, let's discuss the pricing before going ahead. It is optional. My situation is this: I purchased a template for a travel site at recommendation of friend who owns an html site that I can copy, because we are in same network marketing business. The WP template is not working for me because it does not want to render Visual Composer, although it ship with Visual Composer. I can't get support from the template seller, so I must move on. I have all the images and other elements necessary to complete this project; if I forgot any, I can get them rapidly. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks in advance.
