Build a Website

This is a website where users can post some of their photos and videos (with comments/captions/tags) and their friends can leave comments either to the photos or in the user's profile. The website will consist of: 1) a home page with introduction to the website, maybe some images as a demo and a section at the bottom with useful links (plus a few other pages such as terms and conditions etc.) 2) a login/signup section, possibly in the homepage, where people can sign up and become users of the website, including some security features such as password encryption, captcha, email verification and forgotten password page 3) a profile section where users can save some information about themselves, including a list of their friends using either email addresses or facebook friends 4) a board where the user says something about himself and displays comments and images for other people to see (in this page therefore there should be an 'upload image' part, but when a friend visits the page they can't see the 'upload image' part, they can only leave a comment At this early stage, the number of posts each user can upload can be limited to, say, 20. Possibility to integrate with social media features would be a big bonus. For instance logging in with facebook, importing some images from instagram or facebook, saving list of friends from facebook or contacts from gmail etc. Also, the user can decide whether or not some of his images/posts are to be public or restricted to a few friends or they can just be to be published at a later stage, hence they should not be visible to the public as soon as they are uploaded. Overall the project is quite simple but I'd like you to take care of all aspects, from a sleek modern design to setting up the databases etc. I would like to see a working version of this on a temporary hosting, then once I get the source code I believe I can upload it myself on my own host (I'm not completely new to programming).
