Build a Website

I am looking for an expert in relational Database design and creation to be hosted in the cloud, plus web and app developer to create a website to link to the database to retrieve fund records and perform calculations using TABLEAU ([login to view URL]) which will be also hosted on the cloud and will sit between the database and the website apps for calculation purposes. The project will be separated into two parts: 1- Database design, creation and content loading into the database, plus a DB editor ( GUI) where new records can be created, modified and updated. 2- 2- Build a dynamic website which will link to the database to retrieve records via search or screening for records according to used defined criteria. You can have a look at the examples below so that you can have an idea of the type of website I am looking to build. The project is about a Mutual funds database for about 3000 to 5000 [login to view URL] may grow in the future, but not now. I will be storing static data ( about 350 fields, or columns on SQL) as shown on the attached spreadsheet (Fields Mapping for ERP Diagram), time series data for performance calculations and also documents ( PDF, XLs and Word format). The database Editor for funds editing (GUI), new creations, updating should look more or less like the one on the attached screenshot. All data fields will be divided into groups ( tables on SQL) and multiple sub groups.
