I need a new website (design and build) for a non-profit organization. The main goal of the website: people can upload files containing data and some volunteers analyze for free. Functional requirements: (1) login of users, (2) users can upload files containing data in txt or csv format (Max 10MB), (3) volunteer people can "take" the file to analyze it (they can analyze more than one person's file at the same time, but people can upload), they can upload comments, pieces of source code, pictures or another file (txt, csv, xls, word, pdf) as a result of the volunteer analysis. (4) once the user who upload the file decide to close the "project", the files are not available anymore. (5) People have to create their users before posting projects and before heping others with the analysis. (6) A page for donations with visa. That's all. Thanks.
