Build a Website

Looking for someone to design a program for a website for custom stationary. The customer will select (1) their stationary card size, which will come up on the screen. There will be approx. 3 options in the beginning. I believe the square will be 5 1/4. The rectangle cards will either be A2 or A7. The business cards will be the standard 3 1/2 by 2. (2) Select one two styles -- either of an avatar, which the customer builds, or of custom selected icons. (2A) if the stationary will be a custom avatar, the customer will choose various components which will be layered atop one another, i.e. skin, eyes, hair, accessories. (2B) if the stationary will feature between 3 to 9 small icons, each icon fit into fixed place on the stationary pieces. the customer can scroll the available icons, and also sort them by category. (3) There will be the option to add text to either the front side or the back side. (4) These options will go to checkout and then will be exported to the printer. These will be exported as PDFs.
