Build a Tutors Website

● A website, where tutors can register and make their profiles, update their information, upload verification documents such as degrees and other ID documents, once approved by the admin, profile would go live. Any subsequent changes into profile will require admin approval before it goes live. ● Some parts of information will be visible on public domain and some information will only be available to admin, i­e; copies of credentials, IDs etc. (Admin should have option as to which information would go live and which will remain on the backend). ● Tutors can register/login at website using their gmail, yahoo, facebook, hotmail accounts etc or can also make account on our website. ● Avoid duplicate accounts. ● Tutor's rating system, person leaving rating/feedback should require sign­in by gmail, yahoo, hotmail or facebook account or by making account on our website. ● Tutor can dispute any specific abusive / wrong feedback and admin should have an option to remove specific feedback/rating. ● REPORT A TUTOR, anyone can report a tutor to admin for alleged fraud or scam. ● Add WhatsApp and Skype code to in tutor profile so that when people click it, it opens a WhatsApp / skype conversation with tutor. ● Email and/or mobile phone verification is required before profile is set up. WHAT TUTORS CAN DO ON WEBSITE: ● Add a student on their profile, ○ Tutor will fill up student name, email and other details, and add them as their student, an email confirmation will go to student and once confirmed, that student will be added as verified student to tutor’s profile. Student should also add tutor as their tutor and confirmation process will be vice versa. Tutors can delete students from their list, request students to leave a feedback for tutor. ● Make changes on their profile information/ contact details etc. Some sections can only be changed with the approval of the admin. WHAT STUDENTS CAN DO ON WEBSITE: ● Make an account or sign in using their facebook/yahoo/gmail/hotmail account, and favourite/shortlist tutors, leave feedback for their tutors. OTHER INFORMATION: ● Tutors should be searchable using name of cities/ postal code etc. ● When students contact tutor through our website, one of following two protocols should be followed, admin should would decide which protocol should apply when approving the tutor’s profile; ○ A) Website will send tutor an email directly ○ B) Admin will receive the request and then admin will notify tutor. ­ Website will send automatic emails to students/tutors, reminders about feedback and other marketing etc. ­ Admin should be able to narrow down the data of students and tutors according to country/city/tutor/subject etc ● There would be multiple level access for admins, for example, one admin can only change data related to one specific city, main admin will grant that permission to individual admins.
