Build a Laravel application

Hi. My project is an eCommerce marketplace web application. The backend of the application will be built in Laravel 5, and the front end will be build in CSS/Javascript/HTML5. Bootstrap must also be used and must be mobile optimised. For the search features, I will be using swiftype/algolia and stripe payment processor for transferring funds between stores and shoppers on the site. I have designed all of the pages that need to be built on Balsamiq/UXpin. I have also created a document that explain's how the user will interact with the page. All of these files will be provided. Also, I am going to be very picky (and annoying) in terms of the look(colour's , fonts etc) and 'feel' of the website. So further work may be required if it is not to my liking. I would like to get the project completed in about 2 – 3 weeks. To determine wether the freelancer is suited for the laravel project, a small PHP/front-end project will be required. The project will be to build a Facebook style newsfeed and notification system. The user will be able to: -Create a `status’ in the text field that will be Read down below. (similar to facebook) -The user will also be able to Update and delete the data. -When the user submits the text into the `update’ field a notification will be displayed instantly. (The notification text in the navigation bar will show a red bubble with the number of unchecked notifications) -When the user selects the notification text in the navigation bar, a drop down will be displayed and the list of notifications will be there (the text will read `You wrote a status’). Also, when the user clicks on this the red bubble will disappear. I will also be judging on how the website will look, such as the use of colours, layout and fonts.
