Build a Barbersearch/Rating system website

Hello, I am looking to create a website for my startup called mybarber The website is [login to view URL] It has already been purchased on ipage. I would like to have an innovated and interactive website created. Vision:Our vision is to facilitate an easier method of connecting barbers and customers through the use of technology Mission:To create trust and enhance the interactions between customer and the barber through a rating system. Key Features: 1. On the homepage allow people to search for barbers/ barbershops easily. a. When searching for the barbershops you should be able to click the barbershop and see the barbers in the shop and ratings. b. If a list can be populated of all the barbershops across America c. Barbers is the main focus 2. Allow people to make accounts as either barbers / customers/ barbershops. 3. A contact / suggestions subtab 4. The ability to sign up for a mailing list. a. Have in the admin feature a way to blast out emails to this list. 5. I would like featured work to somehow be integrated into the home page. 6. Once people sign up they will be able to search for their barbers / add barbers to their “ my barber list” a. People will still be able to search for barbers without signing up. b. People should be able to rate their barbers/ barbershops. 7. Barbers should be able to post their work 8. Should be able to write specialization. 9. Barbershop / barbers should be able to post their prices 10. Be able to write a description of the type of work they do. What types of hair they are good at cutting. 11. The barbershops / barber accounts should be able to update their availability Everything should be very user friendly and I am open to other features you may feel useful to include. Would like to work with someone that is flexible in adding features. If successful job is done this will more than likely evolve into more work.
