We need a simple website written in ASP with MS Access database for the backend. The database is already designed and ready to go. The website is password protected. After a user logs in they can create "Projects" in their department and they can also look at the projects from other users and departments. On the reporting side: user should be able to see all their own projects or all the projects within a department or projects that are associated with the same subjects. The details will be explained further in details once the project is awarded. The site should be designed simple, clean and modern look and real easy to read and operate.

Hello, When you say ASP, I'm assuming that you mean classic ASP and not ASP.NET. I started the development portion of my career doing ASP/MS Access sites. My bid is based off the initial information given, and I'd be happy to discuss specifics if awarded.
