Booking software for mobile car wash (maps, gps tracking, sms)

I intend to have mobile car wash. There will be 1 AGENT who will receive calls from clients and organize bookings, and 3 mobile CAR WASHERS who will perform car washing service on customer locations. 1. AGENT should be able to: - check CAR WASHERS availability in calendar - insert in application: customer name, mobile phone, car type, booked date and time, location of customer's car on (google) map, ecc. - send booking details to selected CAR WASHER on its tablet. - get alerts if selected AGENT is not in the location at booked date/time. 2. Every CAR WASHER should be able to: - receive on his tablet booked location, date, time, customer phone and car type - confirm (with button on tablet software) when car washing service is performed - see all open schedules and locations for performing car washing service in next 2 days. 3. In addition, SOFTWARE should be able to: - send a SMS to customers mobile phone 1 hour after CAR WASHER confirms he performed car washing service with a survey about service (1-Good, 2-Neutral, 3-Bad). - ADMIN should be able to check, in certain date period, number of cleaned cars by every CAR WASHER, reviews, ecc. I think the best solution would be an on-line application/site with restricted areas for ADMIN, AGENT and every CAR WASHER. But I am open to your suggestions.
