Animated Website Host - open to bidding

We are searching for an artist to bring our website character to life. Our character's 7 minute speech comes with voice over (complete). We need you to design character's appearance and animate him (standing behind a podium on a stage) along with 12-15 sketches he will use in his presentation on a projector screen (next to him). The animation will be limited to the speaker and his slides for nearly all of the 7 minutes. The only other animation required will be to show a portion of the audience sitting in the theatre (once showing a view of the speaker from the back of the theatre seeing the backs of guys' heads, and a second time facing a section of the audience when the speaker yells a guy). We plan to have additional animated projects for the winner of this project using this same character on stage, interviewing guests and answering audience questions. Although this is a lengthy animation (7 minutes), it will be for the most part limited to moving the speaker's mouth (hidden partially by large moustache) with some occasional arm movements and gestures. Because we are very visual people, seeing is believing. We are looking for an artist who can show us a speaking character they have already created using 2D animation.
