Add some feature to my Navigation Bar

Hello freelancer,
I would like to add and chance some feature on my navigation bar.
In this project you have 2 navigation bar, one at the top and one at the left.
Desktop:
Top navigation bar:
add the submenu dropdown
when you click on a dropdown deepmenu, them a other deep submenu.

Left navigation bar:
add the submenu on horrizontal, when you hover the link it will open at the right and you can have deep menu and submenu too.
Mobile:
Top navigation bar:
Only dropdown subemenu on icon (check on mobile version you will understand).
Left navigation bar:
Drop down submenu will open the submenu on vertical, can be open and close (no submenu limit)
Javascript part:
At the top left conner you have a navicon when you hover it i will show you the icons them when you will hover icon it will show you Icon + description.
Desktop:
I always show the icon bar, them when you will hover it, it will show icon + description, but when you remove or click somewhere else it will only show the icon bar and not remove it.
Mobile:
It will be the default version, where you have to click on the navicon at the top left coner, nothing change.
Where is my problem. When I change in the javascript, all is perfect for the desktop version but not the mobile, it show the icon bar.
