Custom animated GIF - open to bidding

I am looking to make a custom animated GIF that will be used during load sequences between web pages. I am aiming for a minimal, clean, and beautiful GIF. Think of Sony's Playstation type loaders. They look minimal, have lighting effects and are just brilliant and crisp. I would like to have a DNA strand that is very very simple, no details, have a clean spiral that looks like it was vector drawn. The strand should have a fill color that looks like it's glowing or almost pouring out with light. Very minimal.
