Mission: Build a searchable, templated, WordPress website with a customised design template for a B2B event series to increase awareness/inform delegates/sponsors of series/event info in an aesthetically pleasing space.
Objectives: Attract delegates/sponsors (with forms), host content (including news articles need to be able to have attached images/resources/files etc.), enable social and provide analytics internally. Specifically ensure this site delivers on mobile especially an agenda with optional 'relevance' layers ie Finance, Tech etc that spotlight (lifted with colour?) agenda sections increasing relevance to viewing sponsors or delegates.
Compatibility: Build primarily for PCs using Chrome and iOS. CrossTest anyway for mainstream. HTML 5 Responsive design for mobile / web – including Google Analytics and Google Sitemap etc.
Delivery Schedule: Delivery: 8/2, Testing complete: 13/2, Live: 16/2
Audience: Senior decision makers from Medium to Large organisation globally but primarily UK/EU/US.

Homepage: Brief 'about' block, push to four individual event homepages, combined newsfeed for all events.
Sub Nav (Only on event home and pages): Back to Series Home / Organisers / Agenda / Speakers / Delegates / Sponsors / Location / Contact / FAQ
Event homepage: Intro to the specific event, latest news feed for that event.
Authors: Two: 'Editors with full rights' and 'Authors unable to publish' – WYSIWYG – assume not tech savvy
Production: Dedicated front end development, design & digital marketing team in place to build & manage.
Design: Think high-end, luxury consumer with great use of icons, lines and colour offering business clarity. A compelling mix of vector (default), illustration (agenda?) & photography (venue & speakers?) mechanisms.
