Prepares the design drawings and diagrams for mechanical tool and fixture design • Prepare Detail Drawing as per sketch layout by engineer for construction shop drawing. • Responsible for preparing Instrumentation Arrangement and Schematic Diagram. • Responsible for preparing as built drawings of piping systems, new structures and exhaust arrangement. • Prepare for piping layout for fabrication drawing. • Prepare CAD drawing for fabrication. • Prepared CAD drawings of arrangement in Engine room, machinery spaces, and main line and HVAC drawings of accommodation. • Prepare in 3D Drawing for Fabrication • Prepares the design drawings and diagrams for mechanical services such as Air-conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation and Refrigerant Piping. • Prepares mechanical design drawings from sketch layout by Engineers to construction shop drawing. • Coordinates mechanical drawings with other services. Prepares combined services drawings. • Conduct site inspection and check contractor activities if necessary. • Amends and updates the drawings based on Engineer comments and mark-ups. • Assist in the preparation of technical specification, tender document and cost estimates. • Check documentation complies with design. • Responsible for mechanical drawing, using auto-cad. Serve as a back-up team for evaluating and solving problems at site work to come-up with a good recommendation that based in the principles of mechanical engineering for HVAC application • Prepare Drawings and Cutting to CNC Plasma Machine for ducting fabrication. • Check / Test tools, equipment to make sure such in good condition. • Check incoming and outgoing materials, tools and equipment to ensure its workability. • Prepare materials, tools and equipment requisition intended for on-going projects as requested by site supervisors/engineers. • Encode all material request for entire company then give a serial number for immediate tracking. • Issued material request form for HVAC department and other Trades
