Design a simple Web and Facebook site

Design a "coming soon" web and facebook page for an upcoming app that for instance show some very good promotions in the location where you are... all kind of products from grocery, cosmetics, clothes, shoes, restaurants, hotels, beauty salons.. etc. This is for a project in Indonesia - and should therefore reflect the Jakarta, Bali, Bandung etc, life style. The idea is to create curiosity - and make people sign up - preferably via facebook profiles. To make people sign up - we can make a competition that we will give a week end in a nice hotel in bali, including flight tickets etc. The logo of the product can be seen here [login to view URL] The one who we will choose will also be the chance to design the full web site... but for us it is first important to find the freelance whose idea we like the most.
