Design a Website Mockup

Hi, I want a design for the home page of our new SEO website. The home page will give the user an idea about what is SEO, our services, pricing, and our free quote service. This page will have the feel of a single page website, so the customer can access all basic information by scrolling downwards. I have attached a document/wireframe which specifies briefly the way the website home page should appear. White and blue colour combination would be preferred, but any other combination is welcome as long as it gives the website an elegant feel. I have the content(text) ready, but images and icons need to be of your choice. This is the first page that the customer will view, so we expect it to be excellently designed.
