Copy Website and Make Modifications - repost

I need to copy a website which also has 2 login screens and 2 areas (member and associate) that need to be copied for the design/layout only. I prefer this be done in WordPress, but I do not think WordPress will allow the login area to transition to the members only areas. You tell me. I need someone I can work with 24/7 on this project and speak and comprehend English and have common sense. You will be the Project manager of this project.
