Hello.. I ensure that i will build an online news posting website. I have gone through the mentioned requirements point by point. I understood that you need a website with the registration for the new users. Here just the role of the users and the admin changes.. which means admin(you) can be able to approve/edit the content which goes on the website and users can be able to login and post new content but cannot be able to edit the content of the other person or on the website. The user gets the confirmation mail with the status. I would seriously recommend perfect CMS on the response. Thanks, Vinay.

Also on Windows, but that is quite uncommon. The base framework could be Spring, through which we could integrate with Freemarker in order to generate the views, JaxB or Jackson to manipulate XML or Json, and MyBatis or Hibernate to handle persistence. If you rather other frameworks, no problem. My skills include the use of SCMs like Git, SVN, and Mercurial; SQL and NoSQL databases; automatic tests with JUnit or TestNG; and the deployment of continuous integration systems. It is website like a News information website. 2. user 1st of all need to register the user and existing user allow to post any information to the admin. 3. Admin able to check the information it is correct or not and also able to edit option and delete option available if it is correct the post in the public. 4.
