Dashboard Redesign

I have a web application that automates and customises digital advertising reports. So we use tables, graphs, KPIs to show data to a client. This is designed for our digital agency and we also sell it to other agencies. At the moment I think the application could look much much better. It needs to look amazing and stand out. It also needs to be responsive in design so any design elements needs to be responsive. I am in need of a fantastic UI / UX designer who can redesign the look and feel of our web application. From the look of the dashboard, the types of KPI structures better graphs, better looking tabes, easier navigation and a clean and uncluttered upgrade process/design. Please send through what you have done previously and I need to be blown away. Please inspire me. I need this done in a 14 day timeframe in 2 parts in the order which I will give you.
