Develop a high impact 3D graphic representation of 2 data sets (graphic will be shown on a website)

We operate earthmoving equipment. Attached is an Excel file showing two datasets. They have been generated from a model for operations in high and low density materials. We would simply like the dataset to be represented in a way that is aesthetically appealing with a high visual impact, that highlights the "green" zone, i.e. optimal performance zone. We do not need to define the actual values or axes but rather the transition from green to red. We have explored ways of doing this ourselves using Excel, but are not satisfied with what we can achieve alone. We are interested in exploring if the datasets could be animated or morphed (transition) from one to the other. Many thanks
