Do some 3D Modelling

I would like is a piece of text, initially just two words, "Early Abandonment" to be rendered in a 3d or 3d effect script. I don't need it to be navigable in 3d space as I just want to use it as a part of a 2d printed collage I'm making. The effect I want is for the text to appear written in joined up writing as if done with material squeezed from a tube. I've included an image reference for the effect I'm thinking of. I would like it to look digital and clean and unreal, as the tube/cylinder effect appears in the image. Ideally, I'd like it to happen in the next couple of weeks. I think that's it. Thanks, David
