I am looking to design a T-shirt for a tough mudder we are running. Across the top it will have some wording. For the logo below I want a cartoon type angel with a small penis sticking out. I think it can be a cartoon type or very simple line type drawing. The last person I hired took my deposit and didnt perform. please let me know if you can do this job for a fixed price.
