Design a Flyer

Project details in the word document attached but I have copied and pasted it below as well. \r\n\r\nAlso included are attachments of our logo, a hand drawn sketch, 2 image examples from the internet and a radius map. \r\n\r\nI outlined what I want in included in the flyer but if there are any questions let me know. \r\n\r\nAttached Word doc (copied and pasted):\r\n\r\n*8.5 x 11 flyer\r\n*Color\r\n*Examples attached\r\n\r\nI\\\'d like \\\"Hand Drawn Example\\\" attachment to be the center focal point of the flyer. This would need to be designed.
