Create ~50 new simple icons and change background for ~90 existing ones

Dear freelancers, I am looking for a skilled person or team that can create me some new icons and change the background / touch up of some existing ones (please see attachments). All existing icons and backgrounds are available as .ai files. The new icons you will make yourself will be based on these backgrounds (there are 6 different). NEW ICONS TO CREATE: - 14 new 185x140 icons (7 of them are almost identical, but will have 2 different backgrounds colors) - 9 new 32x32 icons (1 of them will be in a 60x60 version) - 6 new 50x50/60x60 icons - 4 different jquery TEMPLATE banners (950x360). They should be very simple, but with nice design and look similar to the one I attached. Each one should be in 5 similar color schemes (matching the icon backgrounds) - later on; 20 new 185x140 icons for different game and application categories eg. strategy, platform, action, kids, driving etc so that should be fun :) Detailed descriptions for almost every icon and inspirational images of how the new icons should look like are prepared in an Excel file, so it should be quite easy to make them without needing to create propositions EXISTING ICONS TO CHANGE BACKGROUND/MINOR FIXES: - 41 icons (185x140) need to swap background color (8 of them will have minor changes) - 34 icons (32x32 or 60x60) need to swap background color (16 of them will have minor changes) - 15 icons (185x140) needs to be resized to a smaller size (not sure yet which one) and change to beige background color For the “remake icons” I’ve added descriptions to each file name so that it will be quick and easy for you to know what needs to be done BEFORE WE START: 1) I would like to see some of your previous work 2) I will also need to see if your “design style” is matching my existing icons – you need to create a 185x140 test icon containing two characters – one is “saying small hearts”, the other one “angry cloud”. Check out the attached quick copy + paste illustration. It must have a similar background and style as the other attached icons. IMPORTANT: - please remember to make the icons exactly the right size - all icons will need to have the same style / be very similar as the ones that I upload - all new icons will be as non-complicated as the test icon (often more simple) so this project shouldn’t require much work in total - I am looking a for a long term partnership, I will need more icons and other graphical stuff later on - I am demanding, but fun to work with :) I want to create something that both you and I will be very proud of :)
