Book Cover for Self-Published Play

Greetings. I am in the process of finalizing the script for a play that I co-wrote for self-publication through an online printing/publication company. I am in need of a cover design for this book. I have an idea in mind that I would like to see and which incorporates a stylized image of Albert Einstein. For this project, I need you to quote a price for designing a front cover, spine, and back cover based on my specifications; which is to say, though I require your expertise in design and artistry (as I am without any practical skills in Photoshop or the like), I do have a pretty good idea of what I want on the cover, so please be open to my suggestions. Since I am not quite finished with the structure of the copy, I am not in a great hurry, so there is no need to bid outrageously short turnaround times. I am actually more interested in quality and communication allowing me to express what I want in the cover. With that in mind, please submit a sample so I can get an idea of your skills. If you can incorporate Einstein into it, that would be great, but not required. Any questions, feel free to ask.
