Attractive Flyer Design

I am a graphic designer who has an overload of work and I'm looking for a top quality graphic designer to help me design a flyer. This is a straightforward flyer and I will send you all of the content that needs to be included. This will be a one page double sided flyer. This project needs to be done within 24 hours so only bid if you can start right away and can finish within the deadline. The flyer will be used for a local business that supplies people with errands and deliveries. If you do an excellent job on this design I will give you future work as well. Keep in mind that the budget on this flyer is $30 USD. No more, no less. I am also willing to hire a young designer who has tons of talent and is looking for some work and experience. Prefer bidders from North American Eastern Time Zone but not a necessity.
