well i dont get what is it that you are willing to do, the reference image is a bit confuse, yet with proper information we migth be able to do the work you are asking for, Depending on the details of what you are doing we can then develop the concept and present the concept art to you. Also it might be good to know if you want just sketch work, or ir you are looking for a 3d render of the concept
