Build a wordpress webapp ( to show info of companies in China )

Merry Early Christmas to all , We would like to build a webapp using wp for showing some info for some chinese companies : requirement: (1) a) DB Model - source: fetch from specific website、with RSS/excel/xml/txt format、fetch some docs.. b) View : dynamic data presentation, with filter, keyword search, timeline, grouping comparision , pdf / link picture embedded for reading, dynamic translation ( chinese and english ) . c) dynamic push notification and sms notification plugin needed d) security : user use phone and mail login ( just set in admin , not registration ) , use phone sms number to check the user ( 4 weeks to update cookies) ______ 2. Technical Stucture: a) CentOS environemnt : LNMP/LAMP platform b) front-side use JS，dynamic update the showing data ，use excel to output statistical report c) using wordpress _______ 3. resources for the wepapp development a) some table structures and DB data (mysql) ( need to feed to RSS ) b) vps server Thx and god bless you and the world.. ^__^ Best wishes. ^__^
