Build a responsive CMS website

I have a small entertainment business that hires out djs to weddings and events, bouncy castles for kids parties and pa equipment for companies and DJs. I need a website that will allow me to create, read, update and delete bookings. Please see attached a database design i came up with for this project. Here is also some of the functionality that I will need View Bookings (All, Certain day, by type ie bouncy castle bookings, by customer, dj bookings etc) CRUD Bookings (includes bookings, booking type, bouncy castle type) Method to easly cancel booking Send booking details to employee or customer via email. CRUD Payments (can be for a booking or for an employee with no booking, includes payments, payment reason) View Payments (to employee, from employee, from customer) Pyaments can be between employees or from customer to employee Create Maintenace report view maintence carried out Crud Maintence Create Contact or Customer and add to google contacts Delete Contact or Customer customer from google contact Update Contact or customer from google contact View Contacts or Customers from google Should use OAUTH and link email with OAUTH to handle contacts Have one admin and one that can view bookings only CRUD Equipment CRUD Invoices (and invoice templates) CRUD Customer CRUD Venue CRUD Occasion Here are some business scenerios to give you an idea of how my business works 1) an employee might do a gig for me and might also hire equipment like lights or speakers to do that gig so i will need to be able to record what booking and what equipment he used for gig 2) a customer might hire equipment and will need to record what went out of my office and see if it matches what comes back. i also have to deliver and collect the equipment from the venue. 3) i can get bookings for equipmnet, bouncy castles, dj gigs, face painting jobs etc. 4) some times an employee does a gig for me and collects money from a customer other times the customer pays me directly either by cheque or bank transfer so need to record who gets money and how much an employee owes me or how much I owe an employee 5) Some times a dj or employee might be working near a bar or a nightclub that i have hired equipment to and I will ask him to pick up equipment so he can use it for another gig. I will pay him a small amount for this and will need to be able to record this. 6) i will need to be able to check status of payment for both customers and employees 7) Some times a customer will pay a deposit and I usually record this when im creating the booking 8) I will need to be able to send a text message to employee with certain details of booking (ie customer name, venue, date, start times, finish times etc. some times i want to include or exclude info like customers contact number or email. 9) When delivering bouncy castles I might get 50 euros for the hire and might give an employee 10euros per bouncy castle. I will want to record this as well. The webpage create has to have a responsive design so that it will look good on both a desktop computer and a mobile phone
