Build a Website

Project Description: I am seeking a programmer to make changes and complete my existing script for a Penny Auction. This is a big project and you must have professional programming skills and not self taught. The script is based primarily in PHP but you must have the ability to do all required programming. This is not a hobby website. You will have a vested interest in the project and will be expected to solve any bug issues that may arise. Please Do not tell me you have a script as my current script must be used. I am not looking to purchase a script. This is a 911 project and you must be able to devote the required time ASAP to complete this project in 7 days or less. A contract must be signed for this project. This is a great opportunity for a person who has programming skills but does not have the resources to put their own high earning website online and manage the day to day business of the site. You must be able to communicate in English.
