Hello My understanding about the project is that you are looking for website for your farm house and property which you use for rentals. You also want to integrate it with content management system (CMS) to make changes in information of property and put in photos/videos in them. The CMS will also rental enquiries in the backend. Our tentative proposal includes: 1. Clean look home page layout: we will start developing home page layouts and 02 Variations/ Design concepts of the home page layout will be given to choose from. The concepts are open to revisions until you approve the home page layout. 2. Inner pages design development: Once home page design is approved, we will provide you inner pages designs which are open to revisions until you are satisfied. 3.
