Hi, We have checked out your description, as well as the site where the Lightbox introduction will be integrated. It currently has a textual Lightbox intro, so we are assuming that will be replaced once the visual cue is ready. Right? First of all, the size of the Lightbox pop-up will have to be doubled (at least) for the visual intro to make an impact. Hope you are OK with that. Alternatively, we can do away with the Lightbox, and make the first page in itself a LIVE walkthrough. Once the walkthrough is automatically run, we ask the client if he wants to continue using the site or if he wants to see the walkthrough once more.
