Hello Freelancers, We are going to develop bidding website like odesk/elance/freelancer. But instead of website, we are going to develop desktop application so that their is no more internet consumption and system works very well in 2G internet. This application would be PAID and as a first launching we are offering this apps at free of cost to first 2500 users.
