Design a Logo

I need a logo for a Fish and Chip Shop, pretty simple job, needs to be blue on white (white on Blue) both variants need to be supplied. I will advise the name of the shop to the successful bidder. No weird fonts or hard to read designs, must be clear and sharp so easily understood by cars driving past. The blue I am looking for need to be bold and bright like say #0000FF RGB=(0,0,255) or something like that. This will be a quick simple project for a good designer.
