Book Covers for eBooks and 2-3 Logo's re-drawn

I have a few ideas (6 or so) for eBooks...and I would like to get some DRAFTS or Working drawings for the cover designed so that I can pitch the ideas to others to partner with me in their development. Also...along with this I have a couple (2-3) logos already designed that I would like re-drawn or reproduced in PhotoShop so that I also tweak them, re-size them, give them transparent backgrounds, make them have sharp edges when enlarged, etc. They are NOT vectorized graphics at this point (at least one of them that I know for sure isn't)...as I only have a single Jpg format on them I believe.
This project would have to be bid as a starter / test your out type project with more of the same type of work down the road.
I own 140 domain properties and most all of them lack graphic designs at all levels. About a dozen have logos already.
And I have ideas for many more eBooks if I can get these first few done quickly with the content compilers I have in mind.
Once I communicate the details with the one's I select for this trial project I would like an estimate of the amount of time you think it would take.
Also please provide examples of other Book Covers you have designed and created and/or LOGO's.
