Application Icons - Modern (3D mirroring and iPhone look)

We are looking to a suitable graphic designer to assist with the development of a number of icons to be used in our application. The right person will be inventive, creative and should be able to come up with a clear association for what the image needs to represent. It would be a great help if the designer can simplify the images to be graphically nice, not to detail yet very clear in their meaning. Users should look at the image and be able to clearly say what that button should do without any explanation. We have several items designed and please look at the attached images to see what they look like. We have several Photoshop files which will aid in the design process. We want to get a PRICE PER SET form you, for easier future workings. We are looking for the set of images. Each set will have the : - two images a small one and the big one (123 x 134 96dpi (large) and 73 x 105 96 dpi (small) - We want the designer to send us the JPG files. - We would require the designer to provide us with the original Photoshop file too. - Of course we expect the full ownership of the created images once they have been paid. So I need the item price for you to create 2 icons (small and big) as a set. We have 20 sets to be created to start with. The job will go to the best designed and best priced. The images need to be positioned on the background and sliced that way so that we do not see the borders where they have been put on the background. The images should be in one colour with various tones of that colour. Please provide mock-up for the image with the topic [Software Development] just do the large image as per specs [login to view URL] the sample you can pick your own colour or ise blue as our preffered colour. If you are a designer that want to pick up one job and than not want to do any more, please do not bid. We havn't had good experience with previous the 3-4 designers, and we find that every designer does things differently, so a number of time we had to redo what has been done before just to be able to blends it together. Wast of time and money. We will be actively assisting in the design by providing immediate feedback on the proposed icon designes. We have about 100 + images that we need to create over the next 2 months, as well as some application backgrounds. We will start with the 20 icons and we will see if the designer is good we will give them the rest of the projects to do. Please look at the attached document with the sample images to explain more what weare trying to do We are serious about the designers, as we are tired of having to starti over and over again. We are looking for a long term relationship with the suitable designer(s). Please put your creative hat on and let’s see some great ideas.
