WORK DESCRIPTION OBJECTIVE: - The objective is to create a check-in/check-out manual for our accommodation on Airbnb. GOAL: - Answer questions regarding check-in/check-out upfront - Reduce workload for managing reservation and hence increase automation - Increase customer satisfaction and experience SCOPE: - The check-in/check-out procedure should not be longer than 3 pages, including location information - A clear structure of steps needs to be visible. - Illustration must be self explaining and should as much as possible describe the step with little text as possible - The overall impression of the finished pages must not be overwhelming - The document should be appealing in design, with a Airbnb look and feel (Airbnb media kit will be provided) - Creating of a template for future use (e.g.: House manual, other instructions) REQUIREMENTS: - Transformation of provided pictures into a simplified vector graphic incl. enhancement that explains the instruction step best. Given that, there is a large room for creativity as long as the reader would recognize key elements in real life. - The master file needs to be delivered in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and PDF. - Using the color scheme of the Airbnb media kit
