Adding 5mm to the bottom of an existing drawing

I have an existing illustration. In print the illustration is sometimes cut out up to 5 mm at the bottom (a random cutout of 0mm to 5mm). I need to add a minimum of 5mm to the bottom of the illustration, so that even if it get cutout it will still be, worst case, as the original I already have. The addition has to be an integral part of the painting and not look any different. It has to be unnoticed that it is an additional part. It is possible to redraw the whole painting with the addition to the bottom, or just to add a part to the bottom, as long as it looks like an integral part of the original painting. The original illustration to which the freelancer will have to add 5mm will be provided to the freelancer in private.
