Promo Marketing/ Media Pack Content Writer and Designer

What I need or require: A ‘promotional’ or ‘media’/'marketing' pack to let big companies in my local city (Melbourne) know that Pro Expression Music School - which specialises in high quality adult learning - has corporate workshops and short courses that we strongly believe would be of great value for their employees. We have run some corporate courses before, but the advertising pack is new for us - but we want to get more of these types of bookings! Pack needs to be professional in presentation that fits the look, feel and branding of my business – creative, sleek, imaginative, vibrant colour/design, content to be professionally written with a strong marketing/ sales call to action based on business and course package info I will provide upon request/ award of job. Would like something in physical form (folder/brochure-type presentation?) and in electronic format - something that can be sent as an email marketing-type campaign (open to further proposals/ suggestions about this). So, looking for someone with expertise in PR/advertising/sales/marketing/content writing AND design. I have attached a current flyer to get a feel of the business Ideally this pack can also be adapted with a second version to market to schools.
