Background Image Design Project

I want a new background designed for my website www.tipsandform.com.au. We have a very clear idea of what we are after. Attached is an example of the background effect we are looking for, the colours need to be very similar. The border around the site needs to be exactly the same as the example provided. We will provide jpeg of bookmakers board to incorporate into background as per the example. Replacing the outlines of footballers we want the silouttes/outlines of famous sporting trophies. We will provide the images for the silouttes/outlines. The silouttes/outlines need to be crisp so people can make out the trophies from the silouttes/outlines. We are open to creative licence around placement and size of silouttes on the back ground. Thanks
