Design web ad popup

I would like to add a pop-up advertisement to my website. I have coded it up and made my own rough version of it here: [login to view URL] (Please note that the ad leaves a cookie and will show up only ONCE. If you want to see it again you have to clear your cookies). The actual text of the ad can be seen here: [login to view URL] Now - what do you I want from you, the genius designer? I want you to design the ad. Make it look pretty, snazzy, Web 2.0 like (think Airbnb design). How do I want to proceed? You would design the ad and put random latin text (you can use Lore Ipsum) and submit a jpg file with your bid. If I like your proposal I will select it and assign the bid to you. Final delivery would consist of a PSD file (with fonts if necessary). Now I want to be clear that I am NOT looking for free work. I have no use for a small jpg with random latin text. I will pick the best design and pay for a PSD file with actual text of the ad. I want to repeat - I need to see concrete design that you are proposing with your bid. Please don't bother sending me sample pages you designed before. I will NOT look at it and you will just waste your time. I think this is a fairly simple and straightforward project for someone who knows Photoshop / Designer and would not pay more than the minimum $30 that Freelancer allows. If I like your work this could lead to more direct business as I have a busy web site that requires a lot of design work.
