Banner design from basic layout

We need a roll up banner designed for our business. We have managed to make a mock up of roughly what we want but we are open to new ideas as well. It is a roll up banner for attracting attention and to advertise our service. It will be printed several times, with some being in a permanent location and others moving with our marketing team for events. Our primary customers are students and young professionals with our target market being people living in shared accommodation. Our service does all of the work for the utilities for shared accommodation. We set the accounts up, divide the payments between house-mates (via direct debit) and close the accounts at the end of the year. This is for gas, electricity and water. Broadband, TV and phone are separate as we help to set our customers up with the the providers but do not process their payments or manage their accounts. We are looking for a freelancer to convey this information in an attractive design. As mentioned, we have a basic design that we like in principle, but it would need a lot of work (Sample 7...) The images and text are already prepared. We are happy with the basic layout although should you feel as though you could make a better one we are happy to discuss. Attached are all of the files that you should need including the draft banner itself with our text on it (Sample7...) Based on similar previous work we are looking at £10-20 as we have been informed that it should be a quick task. We are available to discuss it for the rest of the working day so we are looking forward to seeing who is interested.
