Design android application icon

Create application icon (sports theme) for anrdoid application. I need 96x96 and 72x72. Icon should look good on both sizes, so it should not necessarily be just one and the same icon scaled up or down, it can be a simplified icon for smaller size. I will give app link so you could check it, see screenshots, see app theme colors, etc. I will also explain how an icon should look like, what should be displayed on it. I would like to get 2 psd (96x96 and 72x72) where all icon layers are editable and where every icon element is provided as a separate layer.
