Android developer required on onGoing basis

Hi! I am looking for best android developer, who can join me to complete an Andriod project. Please describe the following while bidding: 1- The developer must have experience with Git version control system because i am hosting the project on the bitbucket. I will be creating issues there on bitbucket and you will have to commit your source code against each issues so that i can review your source code. 2- We will be using Eclipse IDE with Java. 3- You must have developer at-least one android app by yourself so that i can test your quality of work. 4- You must be keen to details and paying attention to every little thing. 5- You must mention "Android L" in the beginning of your bidding description. 6- You must reply to emails very quickly. I am looking for someone who will not make me ask him about progress and issues. 7- You must be available for audio sessions whenever required. 8- Someone with Photoshop experience is highly encouraged.
