custom google map generator webservice

I need a simple webservice that can generate custom google maps. Similar to [login to view URL] but with the following differences. User will upload a txt file, the txt file will include several lines of text, each line will have the following information: time&latitude&longitude&speed In the format: HH:MM:SS&DD.MMMM&DDDMM.MMMM&INT Time is in HH:MM:SS format. Parser will be & for all variables. Latitude is in degrees and minutes format, should be converted to decimal degrees to be displayed correctly in google maps Longitude is in degrees and minutes format, should be converted to decimal degrees to be displayed correctly in google maps Speed is an INT value (KM/H) i.e 25 The txt file will have several lines, each line is a point that webservice must show in the map. The webpage will have two places where user can interact with, one where user will choose and upload the txt file. And another field called (correct speed), it's an input where user can set the correct speed, and at a side a button called "Remap". By default the correct speed value is 20. Functionality: 1. User will set the correct speed (by default 20). Remap button will not be shown. 2. User will upload the txt file and submit it. 3. Webservice will process all the lines to show them in the map as objects. While processing, a progress bar or something must be shown. 4. The first line will be mapped as a big green Cross by default. The last line will be mapped as a big red Cross by default. 5. As on this example user set correct speed to 20 (Default), all lines with speed (speed > 0 AND speed <= 20) will be shown as small green circles in the maps. 6. All lines with speed (speed > 20) will be shown as small red circles. 7. And all lines with speed (speed = 0) will be shown as small yellow circles. 8. Remap button is not visible, but if user change correct speed value, it will be shown, and if user press remap button, then all map will be reloaded according to the same rules described in points 5 6 7 (points will basically change it's color). 9. Under the correct speed field, web page will show a summary of the speeds: Max speed, Minimal Speed and Average. Minimal speed will not count the lines with speed = 0. Average will count all the lines and will generate an average value. 10. Under speed summary, web page must show the name of the processed file. And show a box with the following information. example: Time stop: 2 hours 30 minutes Time moving: 1 hour 25 minutes As all lines have a time field, system should calculate the elapsed time for all lines with speed = 0 (time stop), and the elapsed time for all lines with speed > 0 (time moving). Since time is in HH:MM:SS system should calculate the elapsed time taking calculating how many hours and minutes the tracked object was in movement and how many hours and minutes the tracked object was stop. 10. If user click any circle in the map, system will show it's time value in a bubble or similar. Please check the [login to view URL] file for an interface idea. That's it. I need this done in max 2 days, as this is a simple task and there are several similar webservices doing something similar, please only bid if you can achieve delivery time and all features at 100%.
