Develope a Tycoon/Simulation Game

Hello Freelancers, I am looking for a Game Development Team that would create Lightbulb Studio's first game. The game we're planning to make is a Tycoon, Simulation game focused on the Technology Industry. Players can create their own company and start developing Electronic Products like Phones, Computers, Radio, Television etc. This is our first game for the Lightbulb Studio Lineup. We need the game to be good and to have a really good first impression. We know there are many freelancing game development studios that have to skills to pull off a great game, so we like to invite all game development teams to bid their proposal and we will pick the best one. We've got the chance to get some grant help from Startups.co.uk. Not only does the hired freelancer have to talk to me a lot, but also talk about the risk and produce some risk assessments as well. We require game development teams who create games for the PC, but if you're a game development team that does mobile gaming and is really good, we will think about it.
