Custom Imaging Flash

Hi all, First of all, please only bid if you can start immediately. You are required to create a flash application that will perform the following functions. All graphical work and php interaction will be provided. 1) Users clothing items will be imported into flash dynamically. 2) Users can browse the items they own (the items imported) 3) Users can select from 16 colored versions of the same item. All items are in the following format: categoryname_filenum_color.png. Example: [login to view URL] 4) Users can add text in various fonts, colors and styles 5) Added items can be "manipulated". That is, rotated and scaled up and down. 6) Users can add "flair items" which are like PSP tubes. These are images which will be supplied. 7) Once the user has finished customizing their item flash will need to save 2 image files with the custom image.
